Stop trying to handle your everyday challenges, problems, trouble, concerns, all by yourself. Your Heavenly Father already know that you need His help. He's just waiting for you to acknowledge it by looking unto Him as your Helper. God will help those who seek Him. It’s important to know where your help comes from. We can depend on God to be our source of help when needed. The Scriptures declare in Psalm 46:1, “God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble.” Look to the hills!
In the Scriptures there was a women who had an "issue" for 12 years. Her issue was an illness but we can apply this to our life today as well, by thinking about whatever we might be presently dealing with: Financial Issues, Family Issues, Marriage Issues, Health Issues, Career Issues, Children Issues, Relationship Issues, I'm sure the list could go on and on and on. Notice this women tried other means, but no one could solve her problem. Sometime we are guilty of the same thing. We try other means and it is not until we have exhausted all other means that we decided to stop and turn to our true source of help. It wasn't until this women decided to seek Jesus for help by putting her trust in Him and exercising her faith by making her way into the crowd to touch His garment. It was after this that Jesus declared "Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction." Looking to the hills, requires us to draw nearer to our Heavenly Father. Come out of our current posture and reposition ourselves to receive from God. You get closer to God through adapting a lifestyle of prayer, fasting, praise & worship. I want to encourage you to make a commitment to getting closer to God, it is through Him that we obtain victory and become empowered to be productive in every aspect of our life. LOOK TO THE HILLS!!!!!!
